The patented posterior approach of NADIA ® targets the recess space behind the sacroiliac joint with a guidewire; This allows for accurate reproducible placement of the NADIA®. The NADIA® is suggested to relieve pain by restoring the anatomic relationships of the sacroiliac joint through a modest amount of distraction.
